2020 Leadership Programme Cohort Projects

In July 2020 Evolve Initiative launched the first leadership programme for young adults. This unique programme empowered young adults to participate in community projects. The six-month programme focused on personal as well as professional development. Through a range of talks, workshops and 1-2-1 support participants graduated with skills required to lead a project either in the community or work environment.
