NAHILA HUSSAIN
Nahila joined Evolve Initiative with the vision and drive to create opportunities for young people, providing them with transferable skills for their future lives. Creating a balane ground in administration she is determined and passionate in fulfilling Evolve Initiative's mission.

SHAMALA HUSSAIN
A proud mother of four children and a qualified life coach, she has over a decade of experience working with children and young adults. With a background in the Education sector, Shamala firmly believes in serving others to achieve their full potential.
AALIA USMMANE
A qualified Occupational Therapist and Life Coach, she brings both her passion and creativity toward working with young people at Evolve Initiative. Aalia has a background in Psychology with over 10 years of experience in the Community Social Care setting. She has co-facilitated the Evolve Initiative Leadership Program in 2019 and will be part of the Discovery Space workshop for the local community.
HANNAH BOUGOUIZI
With a background in education, mentorship and youth coaching Hannah has a good understanding of the issues children and young people face. She cares deeply for the people in her community and has a strong desire to support those in need. Hannah feels extremely honoured to be a part of the Evolve Initiative team and endeavours to use her experience and creativity to serve its recipients to the best of her ability.
