We consider the purpose for the processing to be to hold information concerning attendees at the event that you are signing up to attend. We may also send you information about similar workshops/events run by us in the future. 

We consider the lawful basis to be:  
• the processing is necessary for Evolve Initiative CIC workshops/events 
• you have consented to the use of your personal data  
 
Data Storage and Retention  
The retention period for this personal data is 12 months after the date of the event, after which it will be disposed of securely. If you ask us to delete your personal data before the end of the retention period, we will delete or anonymise your personal data.  
 
All personal data you provide will be stored securely, both physically and electronically. 

 
Your Rights  
We will ensure you can exercise your rights in relation to the personal data you provide to us. If you would like your personal details to be removed from our database please email reachevolveproject@gmail.com with Unsubscribe in the subject line.
